PROJECT INVESTMENTS

Oberon uses internal and institutional funds to take part in direct equity investments with a goal of a long-term participation within commodity producer facilities.

Depending on project needs, Oberon have an innovative investment structure, specifically entering into a series of equity return swaps, through the acquisition of a shareholder  interest on relevant portfolio companies in which we participate on the commercial-marketing cycle.
